Our Customer Promise:
We guarantee all of work and full details of our guarantee will be printed on your itemised receipt or estimate. All work undertaken and parts supplied and fitted are guaranteed for 12 months or 12000 miles whichever is the sooner. So should the same fault occur it will be assessed and if appropriate replaced at no further cost to you. Before starting any work we will ensure that you are kept up to date with any costs and completion timescales. If further work is identified we will contact your for authorisation before any additional work commences. All displaced parts are kept for inspection until after your vehicle has been invoiced. When you come to collect your vehicle we provide a full explanation of the work that has been carried in simple non technical language so that you can understand what has been done and the reasons for this.

In the event of a potential claim you should notify us immediately whereupon the defect will be assessed and repaired free of charge by ourselves providing the exclusions do not apply. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Under no circumstances can a potential claim be made before Cavendish have personally made an inspection of the potential defect. In exceptional circumstances we may appoint another garage of our choice to make such an inspection.
